Membership Terms

At BoxOfJOLI, we offer a variety of memberships (each, a “Membership”). Please review these BoxOfJOLI Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel your Membership or we otherwise terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1. Box Memberships. A Box Of JOLI Membership consists of an initial product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out every other month or 6 boxes in a 12 month period.

If you sign up for a Box Membership, you will be immediately billed for 2 months (thus the sign up fee) so that you may receive your first box. Boxes are shipped every other month, thus 2 months of payment pays for the box with over $350 value in products. (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and you will receive your first Box Of JOY within two weeks of your purchase. The specific Box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. Special Edition boxesmay be offered in between shipments or during holidays, special occasions, or as promotions and once the promotional, seasonal, or special occasion Box has sold out or it may be offered at a discounted purchase price through specific promotional codes. It may contain past products or products curated specifically for the promotional Box. Your Membership will then continue according to our schedule and your credit or debit card will be charged according to your membership terms (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable)r.

The BoxOfJOLI Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each Month,( plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 5 “Cancellation” below), you will continue to be charged as described above. 

2. Memberships are automatically renewed annually.. If you do not cancel prior to your renewal date, you will continue to be charged monthly and receive a BoxOfJOLI Every 2 months, any billed amount without notice of cancellation is non-refundable..

Annual Memberships automatically renew on the next billing date after receipt of 6 boxes or 12 months of payment (and, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 5 “Cancellation” below), your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the next membership terms (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) for four seasonal Boxes) up to a month before the then-current Box is shipped.

3. Select Memberships. Each Box may contain an assortment of product colors, scents, prints, and the like, as applicable.s.

4. Digital Memberships. These may become available

Memberships automatically renew annually on the anniversary of your initial billing date and, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 5 “Cancellation” below), your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the next annual membership month.

5. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.

In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the “Manage Subscription” link or “My subscription and orders” tab, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; OR (c) log into your Member Account, navigate to the Customer Concierge tab, and follow the instructions to cancel

There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. This means that you must cancel on an “even” month before the billing date for the next shipment, however, if it is cancelled on an odd month you will receive a box that contains approximately 1/2 of the products that shipments contain every other month. Cancelling your Membership does not provide you a refund for Membership payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

6. Additional Boxes. Members may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the countries that BoxOfJOLI currently ships to). Additional Boxes may be purchased subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company. Additional Boxes And Boxes Given as gifts are not subject to renewal, but you must have an active Membership to purchase them.

7. Add-Ons and Sales. Every season we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to their Box (“Add-Ons”) or may purchase Additional products from a previous box from individual team members at 25% percent off retail price. Contact information for each individual is listed inside the box. We may also have Members-only sales events (“ Sales”). Add-Ons are generally billed in conjunction with the billing dates for your Box, and are shipped along with your Box, if you are receiving a Box. orders are generally billed approximately 48 hours after the close of the sale, and shipped within two weeks of successful billing.

8. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for Membership and other products (including Edit Sale products and Add-Ons) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments outside the contiguous United States.

9. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
